Expanding that reach, we use our Facebook page to draw further attention to area job openings and recruitment events. Our dedicated followers help spread the word!
Job center visitors can also pick up hard copy job leads in person and/or view your job posting on our digital lobby billboard.
In addition, your paper application can be made available to job seekers using our Job Resource Room to look for work.
Job postings not reaching the candidates you need? We can help you take your search to the next level by searching the OhioMeansJobs.com resume database using appropriate keywords. We can then directly forward resumes from our search or phone screen first.

Office space is available upon request for interviewing, recruiting, on-boarding, or training. We have office space and a Computer Lab/Conference Room located conveniently off the lobby that can accommodate up to 12 with FREE WIFI, laptops, and a state-of-the-art Smart Board for presentations.
We know how important it is to have a well-trained workforce and how costly it can be. That’s why since 2007 we have made On-the-Job Training an integral part of our workforce development offerings. You choose your candidates, you train them to your standards, and for each eligible new hire, we reimburse you up to $6k of their wages to defray the cost of training. Subsidized wages for certain populations (eligible youth, eligible families with children) to help them gain work experience while minimizing risk to employers willing to mentor and train. Paid internships also available for eligible students.
